Looking for a good Easter brunch recipe?  Try this buttermilk-blueberry breakfast cake recipe.  It is DELICIOUS and it calls for fresh lemon zest…which I’m convinced is one of the best scents in the world.  Quick tip – I actually use frozen blueberries when I make this and it’s still delicious, but I can’t wait to try it with fresh berries this summer. You’ll be glad that you tried it!
